Pulse Physiotherapy & Sport Clinic in South Surrey is seeking a passionate and skilled physiotherapist to join our growing interdisciplinary team. Our team works alongside a diverse range of individuals to achieve their health, mobility, and athletic goals. As the exclusive partner clinic of the Vancouver Football Club (VFC), you'll have the prospect to work alongside Vancouver FC athletes as part of the clinic's partnership with the club. Here, you'll thrive in a motivating and supportive environment, with tailored mentorship from experienced professionals and the chance to work with elite athletes.

What We're Looking For:

- Current full registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong background in exercise prescription
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Team player with the ability to multitask
- Comfort in working with professional athletes and active populations

The Role:

- Assess clients and develop individualized rehabilitation plans to help them achieve their mobility, functional, and performance goals.
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate and empower patients through exercise prescription, injury prevention strategies, self-management techniques,



and return-to-activity guidance.
- Collaborate with physicians, athletic therapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure quality patient care through effective referrals
- Engage in team activities to improve care delivery and promote evidence-based practices

Key Skills:

- A strong understanding of physiotherapy theory and patient-centered care
- Familiarity with CPTBC standards and interprofessional collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to teach and support patients and healthcare teams
- Flexibility to prioritize tasks and adapt to challenges
