Duties
- Wash, sanitize, and dry dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and dishwashing stations
- Support food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met
- Help with organizing supplies and restocking items as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped
- Follow all food safety regulations and proper sanitation protocols at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key!

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and bending
