We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Dual Role: Host & Server Assistant to join our FOH team. This unique hybrid position plays a critical part in both the first impression and the overall guest experience, supporting the flow of service from the front door to the dining table.

As a Host, you’ll be the face of the restaurant — warmly welcoming guests and managing the rhythm of the dining room. As a Server Assistant, you'll work alongside our service team to deliver thoughtful, timely, and detail-oriented support throughout each guest’s visit.

Duties & Responsibilities

Host Responsibilities:

- Create a positive and lasting guest experience with a warm, genuine greeting and farewell
- Manage reservations and waitlists while optimizing flow and seating capacity
- Escort guests to tables, engage in light conversation, and communicate special requests to FOH and BOH teams
- Maintain accurate knowledge of floor plans, table numbers, and server sections
- Assist with takeout and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction
- Recognize and acknowledge repeat guests to foster loyalty and connection

Server Assistant Responsibilities:

- Support servers by delivering food, clearing and resetting tables, and anticipating guest needs
- Assist in describing dishes or menu items when necessary
- Refill beverages, fold napkins,



replenish mise en place, and maintain table cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring all spaces are guest-ready
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure seamless service flow

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2+ years’ experience in a similar high-volume, guest-facing hospitality environment
- A positive, energetic outlook and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Solid sense of teamwork and ability to multitask under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to anticipating guest and team needs
- Physical stamina — ability to lift moderate weight and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
