Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service and quality food experiences. This role involves food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety. Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage basic math calculations for billing purposes
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment
- Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times




- Assist in serving food and beverages promptly while ensuring a positive guest interaction
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Robust customer service skills with a friendly attitude and good communication abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Kitchen experience or prior serving experience is beneficial but not required
- Willingness to learn new skills such as upselling techniques and POS operations

Job Type: Part-time
