This Senior Accountant opportunity with a well-established Kitchener CPA firm offers exactly that.

You’ll manage a varied portfolio of privately owned businesses, working across compilations, reviews, audits, and tax. You’ll review working papers, support junior staff, and work directly with clients and Partners throughout the year.

It’s a broad role with a firm where your contribution will be noticed and your progression won’t depend on waiting for someone else to leave.

What they’re looking for:

5+ years of public accounting experience
Experience with compilations, reviews, audits, and corporate tax




Strong working paper preparation and file review skills
Experience with CaseWare, TaxPrep, QuickBooks, or similar software
Comfortable managing deadlines and communicating directly with clients
Someone dependable, approachable, and interested in continued progression
