With 25+ active jobs and growing demand, we’re hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter to take charge of job sites and drive projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing
– Lead and oversee renovation projects, coordinating trades and junior carpenters on-site
– Execute a wide range of carpentry tasks, including framing, siding, windows, doors, drywall, tile, painting, and finishing
– Perform installations: wood/vinyl/metal siding, soffit, fascia, capping, insulation, fencing, decks, and custom trim
– Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate, high-quality execution
– Perform demolition, restorations, and detailed finishing work
– Use Jobber and CompanyCam to track job progress and keep clients updated
– Maintain a safe, organized site and promote safety practices among crew

What We’re Looking For
– 5+ years of hands-on carpentry and exterior renovation experience
– Strong leadership and jobsite management skills
– Proficient with hand and power tools; able to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly




– Experience with drywall, concrete forming, cabinet install, tiling, caulking, and painting preferred
– Ability to work independently, read blueprints, and manage project timelines
– Excellent communication and client-facing professionalism
– Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and basic tools/PPE
– Safety tickets and finishing experience are strong assets

Position Details
– Full time, permanent position (Monday–Friday, 8–10 hrs/day)
– 9.6% vacation pay on every cheque

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.22-$50.00 per hour
