We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Instructor specializing in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Payroll to join our educational team. Duties

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering accounting fundamentals, payroll procedures, business analysis, and digital marketing strategies using platforms such as Blackboard and LMS (Learning Management System).
- Utilize accounting software like QuickBooks and other accounting tools to demonstrate real-world applications of financial management.
- Incorporate multimedia tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Excel to enhance instructional delivery and student engagement.
- Conduct research on current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep curriculum relevant and impactful.
- Facilitate classroom discussions, public speaking engagements, and presentations to improve students’ communication skills and confidence.
- Manage online learning environments by creating interactive modules, assessments, and assignments that promote active learning.
- Provide mentorship and support to students through project management guidance,



business analysis exercises, and digital marketing projects.
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations, feedback sessions, and progress reports to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development initiatives aimed at integrating analytics, data analytics, and business intelligence into coursework.
- Promote the program through marketing efforts by highlighting course benefits via social media platforms and digital campaigns.

Experience

- Proven classroom experience teaching Business Administration topics with an emphasis on Accounting and Payroll.
- Strong familiarity with LMS platforms such as Blackboard or equivalent learning management systems.
- Hands-on experience using accounting software like QuickBooks or similar tools for instructional purposes.
- Excellent communication skills demonstrated through public speaking engagements or teaching presentations.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including social media promotion, content creation using Adobe Creative Suite, and online advertising techniques.
- Ability to analyze data using analytics tools for business insights and student project evaluation.
- Experience in project management within an educational or business environment is highly desirable.
- Background in research related to current industry standards in accounting, payroll processing, or business analysis is preferred.
