Overview:

This Position requires an individual who is able to deal with customer orders, inquiries, complaints, problems and questions.

Key Accountabilities:

Inputting and processing all customer orders

Greet and respond to customers in a courteous and professional manner
Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries
Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
Cash sales
Invoicing (calculating freight charge when necessary)




Consolidation of credit card, cash & cheque payments collected by drivers
Settlement of invoice by charging customer’s credit card
Organize file invoices for accounts receivable

Your Attributes: 

Proven ability to work in a fast paced, multiple project environment
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
Diplomacy and sophistication in dealing with vendors/clients
Proven relationship building skills

Strong verbal & written communication skills
Excellent typing skills with high degree of accuracy
Valid Driver's License

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
