The Chance

As a Licensed Electrician, you are the backbone of our production line. You will handle everything from high-level PLC troubleshooting to predictive maintenance on advanced food processing equipment.

Your Key Contributions:

- Systems Expert: Install, maintain, and optimize electrical, instrumentation, PLC, and automation systems.

- Reliability:



Conduct reactive, preventive, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.

- Technical Troubleshooting: Repair industrial electronic control systems, hydraulic/pneumatic controls, and HVAC units.

- Compliance: Read and interpret blueprints and electrical codes to ensure all installations meet Canadian standards.

- Innovation: Work with our CMMS (Maintenance Management Software) to track assets and improve equipment longevity.

What You Bring

- Certification: Valid Journeyperson Industrial Electrician license.

- Experience: Previous experience in food processing or a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.

- Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of PLCs and automation logic.

- Mindset: Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision while maintaining strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

- Physicality: Capable of medium to heavy lifting as required in an industrial setting.
