Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and dynamic Part-Time Online BDC Lead Generation Representatives to join our team. This role focuses on generating qualified leads through strategic outreach and engaging potential clients via digital channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a background in sales or marketing, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers. Duties

- Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to identify potential clients and generate leads for business development efforts
- Engage prospects through persuasive communication, emphasizing the value of our products/services
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with target markets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status within CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality




- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
- Utilize marketing tools and technology platforms to optimize lead generation processes
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to reach diverse customer segments

Experience

- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or telemarketing roles, preferably within technology or business development sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing leads and customer interactions
- Background in marketing or technical sales is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting targets
- Prior experience in customer service or business development enhances success in this role

Pay: $250.00-$5,000.00 per month
