MowGo SnowGo Ltd. is a growing landscape construction and property maintenance company committed to delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Construction, Hardscape & Pool Foreman to join our team full-time, year-round.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise landscape construction, hardscape, and pool installation crews on commercial and residential projects.
- Oversee the installation of swimming pools, interlocking pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, patios, walkways, steps, armour stone, grading, drainage systems, planting, and other landscape features.
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and site layouts.
- Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, equipment, and labour to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Operate excavators, skid steers, compactors, and other landscape construction equipment.
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, subcontractors,



and management.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Qualifications

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction, hardscape, and/or pool construction.
- Previous experience leading a construction or landscape crew.
- Strong knowledge of excavation, grading, drainage, hardscape installation, pool construction, and planting.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid G driver's licence (DZ licence is a strong asset).
- Experience operating heavy equipment is considered an asset.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physically demanding work.
