We are looking for a full-time Operations Pricing Specialist at our Mississauga, ON location, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace. Oversee and manage the drayage services (3PL) provider, ensuring efficient, timely, and cost-effective transportation of goods between ports, terminals, and inland transportation hubs. This role requires close coordination with clients, carriers, and vendors to streamline the movement of containers and ensure that all logistics processes comply with industry regulations and customer requirements.
POSITION: Operations Pricing Specialist
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON
START DATE: As soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end drayage process for 3PL clients, including pick-up, delivery, and routing of containers between ports, terminals, and customer locations.




- Collaborate with carriers and transportation providers to schedule and track container movements, ensuring on-time performance.
- Coordinate operations across multiple modes of transport (road, rail, etc.). Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing visibility, updates and ensuring that their requirements are met throughout the process.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in drayage, transportation, or logistics coordination, ideally in a 3PL or freight forwarding environment.
- Knowledge of port operations, container management, and drayage processes.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
