Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with integrity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and dining spaces
- Assist in food preparation and food handling tasks to ensure quality standards are met
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly, and addressing inquiries or concerns with enthusiasm




- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards are upheld

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and processing transactions confidently
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures is desirable
