Job Title: CNC Machine Operator – Elumatec SBZ125/85, SBZ122/33 & AXYZ Router

Shift: Flexible Shifts (Afternoon / Split / Night Shifts as Required)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated CNC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate and set up Elumatec SBZ125/85, SBZ122/33, and AXYZ Router machines to produce high-quality precision parts in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC milling and router machines to manufacture precision components.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and machining specifications.
- Input and adjust machine settings, including tool speed, feed rates, and cutting depth.
- Load, align, and secure raw materials onto machines for accurate cutting and machining.
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools and verify dimensions against specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company safety procedures.




- Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

- Experience operating Elumatec SBZ125/85, SBZ122/33, or AXYZ Router machines preferred.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and production instructions.
- Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
- Familiarity with vernier callipers and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work split, afternoons, and occasional night shifts.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2-3 Years of CNC machining or manufacturing experience.
- Experience with aluminum or metal fabrication is an asset.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance knowledge.
