We are looking for a talented merchandiser to support and elevate our Walmart jewelry program. The ideal candidate has jewelry experience and understands Retail Link, Walmart processes, visual merchandising, and product presentation, while also bringing fresh marketing ideas to drive sell-through and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop seasonal recent product refreshes for existing programs. Merchandise and create attractive display and signage at store level
- Execute planograms/modular updates and seasonal sets
- Ensure pricing accuracy, working with and challenging company factories to execute quality, and style, with focus on optimum retail pricing
- Use Retail Link to monitor sales, inventory, and performance trends with individual store performance analysis
- Identify opportunities to improve sell-through via display enhancement
- Bring new marketing concepts, seasonal ideas, styling suggestions, and creative presentation strategies
- Work on occasional promotional displays, PDQ promotions,



and trend-based jewelry initiatives

Requirements

- Experience in the jewelry industry. Ability to work with Walmart buyer to create effective sales programs. SKU analysis and merchandising of our different categories at point of sale
- Retail Link knowledge is required
- Ability to work with Retail Link to support analytics and product performance, including scorecard analysis

Strong eye for visual presentation + trend awareness

- Marketing mindset — ability to propose creative ideas to increase sales utilizing trend awareness
- Organized, proactive, reliable, and able to work independently either at office or remotely
