As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and passionate Pasta Cook / Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to an elevated, detail-driven dining experience.
The Pasta Cook / Chef de Partie will be responsible for executing all pasta-related dishes with precision, consistency, and creativity. Working closely with the Michelin Star trained Executive Chef and Sous Chef, this role is ideal for a cook who takes pride in craftsmanship—from fresh pasta production to refined plating—and thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and execute fresh pasta, sauces, and accompanying components to the highest standard
· Maintain consistency, timing, and quality during service
· Assist in the development of pasta dishes that align with seasonal ingredients and wine pairings
· Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the pasta station
· Uphold food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards at all times
· Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth service flow
· Assist with prep, inventory, and station management
· Contribute to a positive, respectful,
and professional kitchen culture
Qualifications
· 2–4 years of experience in a professional kitchen; pasta experience strongly preferred
· Strong understanding of fresh pasta techniques, doughs, and sauces
· Passion for seasonal ingredients and attention to detail
· Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced setting
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
· Interest in food and wine pairing is an asset

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
