Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Provide knowledgeable advice on technology products, accessories, and solutions
- Upsell additional items by understanding customer preferences and needs
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
- Handle cash, process payments, and perform cashiering duties with precision
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience, especially in technology or electronics preferred
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated experience in product demos and technical sales techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Experience in merchandising, cashiering, and customer service roles is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
