Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment with strong leadership skills.
- Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Micros or similar software; familiarity with cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and food handling regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus; barista experience or restaurant experience is advantageous.
