Duties

- Assess vehicle damage thoroughly to determine repair needs and develop effective work plans
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove, replace, and repair vehicle panels and components
- Perform collision repairs including sanding, filling, priming, painting, and finishing surfaces to meet manufacturer standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining safety protocols
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the repair process to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle




- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to create a protected working environment for yourself and others

Qualifications

- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience preferred; strong mechanical knowledge required
- Prior experience as an Licensed Auto Body Technician is highly desirable
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and repair instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong physical stamina for manual labor tasks including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
