Prestige View Services is a growing property care company serving Petawawa, Pembroke, and the Ottawa Valley through three divisions: PVS LawnPros (lawn care and property maintenance), PVS ClearView (window, gutter, and exterior cleaning), and PVS SnowLand (residential snow removal). We are looking for driven, self-motivated salespeople who understand commission-based selling and want their income tied directly to their results.

What you'll do:

- Sell residential services door-to-door and through other channels you're comfortable with (referrals, community events, phone, social media)

- Offer the full PVS lineup: lawn mowing, spring cleanups, aeration, overseeding, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and seasonal snow removal contracts

- Book estimates and close recurring service agreements with homeowners

- Represent the Prestige View brand with professionalism at every door

How you get paid:

- Straight commission: you earn 10% of the value of every sale you close (example: a $500 window cleaning package pays you $50; a $1,500 seasonal snow contract pays you $150)

- No cap on earnings - the more accounts you close, the more you make





- Recurring and bundled services mean bigger tickets and bigger commissions per door

- Flexible schedule: work the hours that fit your life, 20-40 hours per week

Who we're looking for:

- You understand and want commission-based compensation - your drive determines your paycheque

- Comfortable knocking doors and starting conversations with strangers

- Previous door-to-door, retail, or outside sales experience is an asset but not required - we will train the right attitude

- Reliable transportation to get around the Petawawa/Pembroke area

- Honest, presentable, and coachable
