Accurate Materials Testing & Engineering Ltd. (AMT&E;) is a leading materials testing and engineering company serving the Lower Mainland. We provide quality control and inspection services for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. We are currently looking for dependable Part-Time Concrete Field Technicians to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Perform fresh concrete field testing in accordance with CSA standards.
- Conduct slump, air content, and temperature tests.
- Cast and transport concrete test cylinders to our laboratory.
- Complete accurate field reports using digital reporting systems.
- Maintain testing equipment and ensure compliance with company quality procedures.
- Communicate professionally with contractors, inspectors, and project managers.
- Travel to construction sites throughout Metro Vancouver.

Qualifications Required

- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Preferred

- Previous experience in concrete testing, materials testing,



construction, or quality control.
- Familiarity with testing procedures.
- New graduates and motivated individuals are encouraged to apply. Training may be provided to the right candidate.
