We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team.
While this position will initially include a mix of residential and commercial service work, our goal is to continue growing our commercial division. We are looking for a technician who is highly experienced with commercial HVAC equipment and comfortable supporting our residential service department when required.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
- Service and maintain:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Make-Up Air Units (MUA)
- Unit Heaters
- Commercial Heating Equipment
- Exhaust Systems
- Service residential HVAC equipment including:
- Furnaces
- Air Conditioners
- Heat Pumps
- Ductless Systems
- Water Heaters
- Complete detailed service documentation
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
RequirementsRequired
- Strong commercial HVAC troubleshooting experience
- Experience servicing:
- Rooftop Units
- Make-Up Air Units
- Commercial Gas-Fired Heating Equipment
- Ability to diagnose electrical, airflow, combustion, and refrigeration issues
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Valid driver's licence with clean driver's abstract
Preferred
- Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic
- Gas B Ticket
- Experience with commercial HVAC controls
- Experience with inverter systems
- Experience working independently in the field

Wage Range
$45.00 - $54.00+ per hour
