To keep up with our continuous business growth, we are looking to add a full-time real estate conveyance administrator. The schedule is 37.5 hours over 5 days per week.

The successful candidate will join our collaborative office team and will be able to handle sales, purchase and lease files from beginning to end. They will be expected to share company values such as honesty and integrity with a focus on agent support. Prior conveyance experience is important along with experience reviewing contracts. Also of value are the ability to communicate clearly, good interpersonal skills, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Requirements:

- Ability to work well independently or in a team setting




- Attention to detail and process is vital to this role
- Experience with learning and adapt to new systems and technology
- Knowledge of Real Estate rules and regulations is an asset. It is required that the successful candidate be proactive in ongoing learning and understanding of these rules to support the brokerage with compliance requirements.
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a professional and friendly tone is important to this role.
