Role Overview

Join us as a Sales/Customer Service Representative and become the public face of leading brands at promotional events. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on natural, engaging conversations that drive results.

Core Duties

- Arrive on time and prepared for all assigned activations
- Learn brand and campaign details thoroughly before each event
- Initiate conversations with consumers in a natural, approachable manner
- Explain products and promotions clearly and answer questions confidently
- Close interactions professionally when conversations reach a natural end
- Record shift activity and consumer feedback accurately
- Attend training sessions between activations and apply learnings on the job
- Contribute to team success by meeting individual and group targets

Ideal Candidate





- No experience required—full training provided
- Enjoys talking to strangers and finds it energizing
- Consistent enthusiasm for representing brands
- Growth-minded—understands advancement comes from performance
- Previous experience in brand promotion, events, retail, or hospitality is a plus
- Full time availability and reliable transportation to North York locations required
