Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of goods, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse operations, shipping & receiving procedures, and be familiar with warehouse management systems. Duties

- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP, and AS400 for inventory tracking and order processing
- Prepare items for shipment by packaging, labeling, and documenting shipments accurately
- Manage order picking and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels
- Coordinate with warehouse distribution teams to optimize storage and shipping efficiency
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed




- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all warehouse activities
- Support e-commerce order processing as required

Qualifications

- Previous experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or related roles preferred
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP, AS400, and order picker equipment
- Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks (certification preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order calculations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and e-commerce logistics is a plus
- Physical ability to load & unload shipments, lift heavy packages, and stand for extended periods
