Bridges Homecare Inc. is a growing, locally owned home care company dedicated to helping seniors and individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Health Care Aide to join our team.

We are hiring urgently and are looking for someone who can start as early as Tuesday.

About the Role

As a Health Care Aide with Bridges Homecare, you will provide high-quality, client-centred care while building meaningful relationships with clients and their families.

Services include:

- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and continence care)
- Mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Companionship and cognitive stimulation
- Dementia and Alzheimer's care
- Palliative and end-of-life support
- Respite care for family caregivers
- Wellness monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
- Transportation to appointments, errands, and community outings
- Accurate documentation using ShiftCare

Qualifications

- Registered Health Care Aide (or equivalent)
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence




- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification
- Criminal Record Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
