Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Temporary Full-Time Hybrid (In-Clinic + Virtual) | Family Medicine Practice + Clinical Research | Ontario Only

Hybrid Role – 3 Days In-Clinic (GTA), 2 Days Remote- $75/hr

Temporary Full-Time Position - 12-month maternity leave coverage - desired start Sept-Oct 2026.

Join a progressive and supportive family medicine practice offering a balanced hybrid NP role:

- 3 days per week in clinic providing direct patient care
- 2 days per week remote, focused on inbox management and virtual patient support

You’ll be working closely with physicians and joining an established clinical team that includes another NP.

This is a team-based, collaborative environment that values evidence-based care, clinical efficiency, and meaningful patient relationships.

This is not a virtual clinic position. You’ll be part of a physician-led family medicine practice, not a high-volume telehealth service; allowing you to deliver continuity of care in a supportive and professionally rewarding setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide in-clinic assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care
- Manage inbox tasks (lab results, clinical messages, documentation)
- Conduct patient follow-ups and phone consultations as needed




- Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members in a structured environment
- Deliver care aligned with evidence-based clinical guidelines and practice standards
- Participate in clinical research activities as part of your NP role
- No prior research experience required—training and certification provided during work hours
- All research activity is within NP scope of practice

What We’re Looking For:

- Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed in Ontario
- Experience in family medicine or outpatient care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient focus
- Committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care
- Comfortable with EMRs and virtual communication tools
- A self-starter who enjoys working in a team-oriented team environment
