Floor Manager – Rooftop Restaurant & Lounge

Location: Downtown Toronto
Position: Full-Time
Compensation: Starting at $22.00/hour
Schedule: 30–40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Floor Manager to join our team at one of Toronto's premier rooftop restaurant and lounge destinations. If you thrive in a quick-paced hospitality environment, have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and know how to lead a team with confidence, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Lead and supervise front-of-house operations during service.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional, attentive service from arrival to departure.
- Support, coach, and motivate servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
- Manage staff sections, floor plans, and service flow to maximize efficiency.
- Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and overall venue standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
- Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere while leading by example.

What We're Looking For





- Previous management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or hospitality venue.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A polished, professional appearance and guest-first mindset.
- Smart Serve Certification (required).
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
