Job Description

We are looking for someone who has experience demonstrating show-stopping Pastry talent in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant. If you can picture yourself working with a restaurant named one of Canada’s Top 100, and are interested in working at Halifax’s busiest restaurants with the city’s leading culinary professionals, we definitely want to hear from you!

The Day to Day:

- Under the direction of our Pastry Chefs, you will prepare fine dining desserts, chocolates, gelato, pastries, breads & more for our luxury restaurants & cafes
- Inspire excellence for all team members,



while ensuring The Bertossi Group’s dedication to spectacular cuisine is met at all levels
- Ensures proper health and safety procedures are followed by all team members
