Job Summary

Sweat & Shiver is seeking a friendly, motivated, and reliable Wellness Consultant to join our growing team. As the first and last point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience while helping guests discover the benefits of sauna and cold plunge therapy.

This position combines customer service, wellness education, and sales. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with clients, recommending services and memberships, and helping drive the growth of our community. Responsibilities

- Greet and check in clients with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
- Guide new clients through their first visit and answer questions about our services and memberships.
- Build solid relationships with guests to encourage retention and repeat visits.
- Recommend session packages, memberships, and wellness services based on clients’ goals and needs.
- Confidently promote promotions, special offers, and membership opportunities.
- Process payments and manage bookings using Mindbody.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a friendly, informative, and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment by resetting rooms between sessions.
- Support marketing initiatives, events,



and community partnerships when needed.
- Help achieve membership and sales goals while delivering an elevated client experience.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or retail is an asset.
- Confidence in recommending services and guiding clients toward the best options for their needs.
- Comfortable discussing memberships, promotions, and wellness solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to stay organized while managing multiple clients.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with Mindbody (or willingness to learn).
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.

Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
