About Westrich
Westrich Construction Alberta Ltd. is a growing organization focused on delivering high-quality construction and development projects. We are looking for a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to multiple senior leaders.
This position is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and helping executives stay organized, prepared, and focused on key business objectives.
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant will provide day-to-day executive and operational support to multiple members of the senior leadership team. This role will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing documents, tracking follow-up items, and supporting meetings, projects, and business initiatives.
The successful candidate will have strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling for multiple senior leaders
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, documents, and meeting materials
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to help ensure priorities are completed
- Draft, review, and organize emails, reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents
- Assist with meeting notes, minutes, and distribution of follow-up items
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, itineraries, and related logistics
- Support senior leaders with day-to-day business operations and special projects
- Organize and maintain electronic files, records, reports, and confidential documents
- Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, vendors, clients, and external partners
- Assist with expense reports, invoices, purchase documentation, and administrative tracking
- Coordinate site visits, appointments, events, and business-related errands as required
- Anticipate the needs of senior leaders and proactively identify solutions
- Help improve administrative processes, organization, and workflow efficiencies
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team as required
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or in a similar role
- Experience supporting multiple leaders or managing competing priorities is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional, dependable, and able to exercise sound judgment
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced and changing environment
- Proficiency with Google Suite/Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams,
and other office technology
- Experience in construction, real estate, development, or property management is considered an asset

- The successful candidate must be comfortable travelling locally for meetings, site visits, document deliveries, errands, and other business-related needs
- Mileage for approved business travel will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy
