Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas following established standards.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of all public spaces, including lobbies, corridors, and recreational areas.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.




- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as directed by management to uphold the highest standards of hygiene.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles, preferably within a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning equipment, and safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest service through cleanliness.
