Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving.
- Utilize NetSuite - inventory management system to track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Operate Forklift and perform heavy lifting and package handling as needed to build, fabricate, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Conduct order picking activities to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is preferred.
- Forklift license required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks on a regular basis.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment processes.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese are a must.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
