Senior cook that can help motivate and direct staff to ensure work is done properly and in a timely manner. Hands on position assisting the Head Chef and other kitchen staff with all kitchen duties, including but not limited to, food prep, catering prep and hot lunch food prep.
Job duties
Work directly with the Ownership and kitchen production members
Overseas daily production of company recipes
Supervise Food tracking Inventory System
Maintains safe working environment
Requirements
Experience in the food industry with kitchen production
Experience in leading and motivating a team
Knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP and health and safety an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
Other details
This position is full time days during week and weekends .
