Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on, and detail-oriented Condominium Superintendent with a minimum of 3 years experience for a full-time position to oversee the daily maintenance and operations of a residential property. The ideal candidate will ensure the building is clean, safe, well-maintained, and operating efficiently while providing excellent service to residents and property management.

Responsibilities

- Perform daily inspections of the property, including common areas, mechanical rooms, and exterior grounds
- Coordinate and perform general maintenance and minor repairs
- Monitor building systems (heating, cooling, fire alarm, elevators) and report issues promptly
- Supervise contractors and ensure work is completed properly
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and ensure janitorial standards are met
- Handle garbage and recycling management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations
- Maintain maintenance logs and incident reports




- Sweep and mop floors in common areas as required
- Clean garbage and recycling rooms, including compactor rooms
- Take garbage and recycling bins out on scheduled pickup days and return them promptly
- Pick up litter in the property

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a Condominium Superintendent, Building Operator.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valuable communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills for email and reporting
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- On-call availability may be required

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
