Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves supporting construction projects through physical labor, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the efficient progress of various building tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn about the construction industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction while contributing to meaningful projects in a dynamic work environment.

Duties

- Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Perform general labor
- Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members
- Help with the installation of structures, framing, or other construction components




- Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure efficiency and safety standards are met

Experience

- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment is a plus
- Solid work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
