Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and effective communication.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and advantages, encouraging customer interest and upselling opportunities.
- Assist customers with product selection, ensuring they find solutions that meet their preferences and requirements.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts issuance.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract attention and promote featured products or promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Prior experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus.
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette enable clear and professional interactions.
- Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling, POS operations, and sales calculations.
- Demonstrated organizational skills help manage merchandising displays and stock levels efficiently.
- Experience with cashiering systems, inventory management, or merchandising tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, prioritize tasks, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
