Orthodontist or General Dentist - Edmonton, Alberta

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Orthodontist or enthusiastic to join our established, multi-clinic orthodontic practice in Edmonton.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative team while providing care across multiple Edmonton locations. The successful candidate will be committed to clinical excellence, personalized treatment planning, and creating a positive experience for patients and families.

Responsibilities

-Conduct comprehensive orthodontic examinations diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning.

-Develop customized treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults.

-Provide treatment using traditional braces, clear aligners, retainers, and other orthodontic appliances.

- Monitor treatment progress and make appropriate clinical adjustments.

-Maintain accurate and detailed digital patient records.

- Educate patients and families regarding treatment, oral hygiene, appliance care, and retention.

-Collaborate with general dentists, pediatric dentists, specialists, and clinical team members to coordinate patient care.

-Stay current with advancements in orthodontic techniques, appliances, and digital treatment planning.

-Provide consistent, high-quality care across multiple Edmonton clinic locations.

Qualifications

- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.

-Completion of an accredited orthodontic specialty program.

-Registered,



or eligible for registration, as an Orthodontist in Alberta.

-Current qualified liability insurance and required certifications.

- Experience with fixed appliances and clear aligner therapy.

- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and treatment-planning skills.

-Comfortable treating patients of all ages, including children and adolescents.

-Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
