Housekeeper / Route Manager – Up to $20 per Hour

MOLLY MAID Brantford is looking for motivated and reliable Housekeepers / Route Managers to join our team of cleaning professionals. This position combines residential cleaning with team leadership, client communication, quality inspections and administrative responsibilities.

You will work with a teammate to provide reliable, high-quality cleaning services that help clients enjoy clean and comfortable homes.

Previous cleaning experience is an asset, but it is not required. We provide paid, on-the-job training to help you succeed.

Schedule requirements

- Availability four to five days per week
- Flexibility to accommodate the daily cleaning schedule
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

What you will do

- Travel with a teammate to clients’ homes throughout Brantford
- Professionally clean multiple homes each day
- Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize assigned areas
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
- Follow MOLLY MAID cleaning procedures and quality standards




- Lead and support your cleaning partner
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Complete quality inspections throughout the day
- Respond professionally to reasonable client requests
- Collect client payments when required
- Complete accurate paperwork for each cleaning appointment
- Provide constructive feedback to team members
- Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment and the company vehicle

- Have a valid Ontario Full G driver’s licence
- Have a clean driving record
- Can meet the requirements to be bonded
- Can provide a clean criminal record check
- Live in Brantford
- Are available to work four to five days per week

Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotel housekeeping, room attendance, client service,



administration or team leadership is an asset, but not required.
