We are looking for a FULL TIME team member to join the crew for a year-round position. Practicing outdoor sports/activities is a plus.

We require a reliable person for our busy expanding rental & repair shop department. If you have an interest in fixing things, working with your hands, and helping customers enjoy the winter/summer, this might be the right fit for you!

Responsibilities and Tasks

· Meet and greet customers and provide amicable service to them.

· Respond to and handle customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely manner, over the phone and in person.

· Skate sharpening

· Ski/Snowboard work

· Ski/Snowboard/Skate/Snowshoe rentals

· Complete retail basic tasks in an efficient and timely manner (e.g. cleaning.).

· Comply with company, store and department policies.

· Maintain a professional appearance (hygiene, grooming).

· Complete other tasks as required and report to department supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
