The Position:

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join the team at Digital Shovel. You’ll help source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support hiring campaigns like campus recruitment and diversity initiatives. You’ll also maintain our ATS, track key metrics, and support recruitment events and projects.

Job Responsibilities:

- Support full-cycle recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in assessments
- Assist in drafting job postings and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System
- Track and report key hiring metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)
- Join ongoing recruitment projects like campus hiring, diversity initiatives, and branding campaigns
- Assist with onboarding support and training content
- Stay updated on recruiting trends and share ideas to improve how we hire
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

Education:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field

Experience:

- 1+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition

Technical Skills:

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office & Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets for tracking)
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, project management tools (e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to track and analyze simple recruitment KPIs

Schedule:

- Monday to Thursday 9 am - 5:30 pm
- Friday 9 am to 3 pm
