About the Role

As an ECE or ECEA at Ohana Academy, you will:

- Create and lead engaging, play-based learning experiences that reflect each child's interests and abilities.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom where every child feels seen, valued, and supported.
- Model and encourage cooperation, kindness, and respect among children and colleagues.




- Document and reflect on children’s learning journeys to help guide curriculum planning.
- Partner closely with families to build strong, open relationships centered on trust and shared goals.
- Bring our Ohana philosophy to life, ensuring no child is left behind or forgotten.

What We’re Looking For

- Current BC ECE or ECEA Certificate (or equivalent provincial certification)
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Passion for creating meaningful, loving connections with children and families
- Robust communication and collaboration skills
- A commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional development

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
