Everyone Needs a Little Grace
At Style & Grace, we do more than clean and preserve wedding gowns—we help preserve life’s greatest memories.
Backed by more than 50 years of garment-care experience, Style & Grace is a multi-generational family business specializing in wedding gowns, formal wear, cultural garments, and other treasured pieces connected to life’s most meaningful occasions.
From the first consultation to the final delivery, every gown is handled with exceptional care, attention, and respect.
About the Role
We are looking for a warm, professional, and dependable Mobile Wedding Gown Consultant to join the Grace Team.
In this client-facing role, you will pick up and deliver wedding gowns, preservation boxes, formal wear, and related garments throughout Toronto and the surrounding area. You will work directly with brides, families, bridal boutiques, wedding professionals, and other business partners.
For many clients, their wedding gown is one of the most meaningful garments they will ever own. You will help ensure they feel confident that their gown is in trusted hands from the moment it is picked up until it is safely returned.
This is more than a driving position. It is a mobile bridal-consulting and customer-service role requiring care, professionalism, sound judgment, and strong communication.
Previous delivery or customer-service experience is welcome but not required. If you are a confident driver, enjoy being on the road, and are eager to learn how to provide an exceptional bridal-client experience, we encourage you to apply. Training will be provided.
What You’ll Do
- Pick up and deliver wedding gowns, preservation boxes, formal wear, cultural garments, and other treasured pieces.
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to brides, families, and individual clients.
- Complete residential, boutique, retail, and business-to-business pickups and deliveries throughout Toronto and the surrounding area.
- Handle delicate, valuable, and meaningful garments with exceptional care.
- Build trusted relationships with bridal boutiques, wedding professionals, and referral partners.
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding arrival times, delays, special instructions, order concerns, and delivery updates.
- Ensure garments and preservation boxes are safely secured and protected during transportation.
- Use an iPad, laptop, smartphone, GPS, parking applications, and the SMRT App.
- Complete order updates, delivery documentation, phone communication, and other administrative duties.
- Confirm that on-demand orders meet minimum-order and delivery-charge requirements.
- Balance thoughtful client service with delivery schedules, Toronto traffic, and changing parking conditions.
- Make practical decisions that protect the client experience, the garments in our care, the Style & Grace reputation, and fellow team members.
- Monitor the assigned vehicle and report any cleanliness, maintenance, or safety concerns.
- Participate in training at our production facility to understand the complete journey of a gown—from consultation and intake through cleaning, finishing, preservation, and delivery.
- Support the tracking of delivery costs in relation to incoming sales.
- Identify opportunities to introduce Style & Grace’s services and build relationships with new bridal and business clients.
What You Bring
- A valid Ontario G driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Confidence driving on highways and throughout Toronto, including busy downtown areas.
- An enjoyment of driving and the ability to remain calm in traffic, construction, and challenging parking situations.
- A warm, polished, and professional approach when interacting with clients.
- A willingness to learn how to make clients feel welcomed, reassured, and confident that their garments are in trusted hands.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The confidence to make sound decisions independently when schedules, traffic conditions, or client needs change.
- Comfort using smartphones, tablets, laptops, GPS, parking applications, and delivery software.
- Solid verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- The ability to work independently while remaining connected to the wider Style & Grace team.
- A friendly, calm, dependable, and approachable personality.
- A relationship-focused approach and a willingness to learn about Style & Grace’s services.
Previous bridal, formal wear, luxury retail, garment-care, delivery, or customer-service experience is considered an asset, but it is not required.
