The Quarry, Edmonton’s premier 27-hole public golf facility, is known for its high standards and team-focused culture. We are hiring motivated individuals to join our Turf Care Department for the 2026 season. This is a great chance to work outdoors, stay active, develop new skills, and help maintain one of Edmonton’s top golf destinations in a supportive team atmosphere. See below for more details:

FULL TIME

- Typically a 7.5 Hour Shift
- 4:30 AM start during mid season
- Later start times during shoulder seasons (Spring & Fall)
- Monday to Friday & every third Weekend
- April – October work period (weather dependent)

Potential Duties:

- Manual labour (raking bunkers, string trimming, etc.)
- Equipment operation (mowing greens, tees, rough, etc.)
- Miscellaneous project work

Compensation/Perks:

- Starting Wage – $18.00/Hour
- Golf privileges
- Opportunity to acquire new skills pertaining to all aspects of golf course maintenance and equipment operation
