Responsibilities

Dietary Aides

($25.82 per hour)

- Food Safe Level 1 Certificate
- WHMIS Certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Effective English communication skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Ability to work under time constraints

- Set tables, serve meals and beverages
- Prepare simple food items and assemble meal trays
- Wash dishes, clean kitchen and equipment
- Follow HACCP, food safety, and infection control standards

Cooks

($29.72 per hour)

- Valid cooking qualification
- Food Secure Level 1 Certificate
- Effective English communication skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to organize tasks under pressure




- Clear Criminal Record Check

- Prepare and serve meals that meet residents’ dietary needs
- Plan and prepare meals based on menu requirements and budgets
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols
- Maintain inventory and minimize food waste
