Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct transactions
- Assist in food preparation and food handling to meet safety and sanitation standards
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in accordance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end
- Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as order taking, serving, and cleaning

Requirements





- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment using good time management skills
- Knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and transaction processing
- Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles demonstrates a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
