Aim Dental Centre is seeking a personable, organized, and driven Dental Receptionist to join our patient-centred team. As a dentist-owned clinic focused on delivering excellent care, we are committed to maintaining a warm and supportive environment. We're seeking someone who values patient experience and is eager to grow with us.

The successful candidate will be approachable, detail-focused, and a strong communicator. This position includes front desk duties, coordinating patient appointments, and working with insurance providers. Strong organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to multitask are essential. The role is for 3-4 days per week, with shifts ranging from Tuesday to Saturday. Availability on Saturdays is required.

Key responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients in person, by phone, and via email
- Book appointments and help coordinate treatment plans and estimates
- Process insurance claims and follow up as needed
- handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations
- help ensure a positive and professional experience for all patients
- Submit and follow up on insurance claims
- Perform general administrative duties to support clinic operations




- Contribute to a smooth and professional patient experience

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in dental reception or the dental field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Experience with Maxident software is considered an asset
- Additional language skills ( Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean) are a robust asset

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
