Terra Flowers & Flavours in Barrhaven is looking for a part-time florist to join our team.
This position is a great fit for someone who has some hands-on floral design experience and is interested in continuing to grow their skills in a professional flower shop environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Some previous florist or floral design experience is preferred
- Entry-level applicants with basic hands-on floral experience are welcome to apply
- Experience creating bouquets, vase arrangements, or custom floral orders is an asset
- A basic understanding of flower care, preparation, and handling
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of colour and design
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday
- Must also be available for some evening shifts
Please note: This is a part time position. Applicants do not need to be highly experienced, but some previous hands-on floral experience is preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
