We are looking for a friendly, organized, and creative Front Desk & Marketing Assistant to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and is interested in social media marketing. You will support both our front desk operations and our marketing efforts in a fun and creative environment.

Preferred Background

- Education or experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Illustration, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Good sense of visual design and composition
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software is an asset
- Interest in social media content creation

Marketing Responsibilities

- Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
- Create engaging graphics, photos, short videos, and promotional posts
- Assist with marketing campaigns and community outreach
- Design flyers, posters, and other promotional materials
- Help grow our online presence

Front Desk Responsibilities

- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries




- Welcome students and visitors
- Schedule appointments and assist with registrations
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
- Provide friendly and professional customer service

Qualifications

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers, Google Workspace, email, and social media
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer service experience is an asset
