Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and skilled Sushi Cook/Sushi Roll Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and experience in the restaurant or food industry. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Adapt recipes as needed to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a Japanese restaurant or food service environment is preferred.




- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in the kitchen.
